Barbara J. Wolbach

Barbara J. Wolbach, 87, of Bangor, PA passed away Monday, May 13th, at Slate Belt Health and Rehab. Center, Bangor, PA.

Barbara was born in Belfast, PA on July 18, 1936, a daughter of the late Lester E. and Evelyn (Weiskoff) Smith.

She was the wife of Dale C. Wolbach. They celebrated their 66th wedding anniversary last September.

Barbara was a 1954 graduate of Bangor High School. She was last employed at Little Ray's Daycare in Bangor, PA.  Prior to that, Barbara worked at the former Julius Keyser Silk Mill in Bangor, PA. She enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. 

In addition to her husband Dale, Barbara is survived by a daughter, Beth-Ann Saltern, two sons, Kevin Wolbach, husband of Kimberly, and Keith Wolbach, husband of Meghan, four grandchildren Kaitlyn Ohland, wife of Tyler, Zachary Saltern, husband of Jen, and Sarah and Abigail Wolbach, and two great-grandchildren Ava and Levi Ohland.  She was predeceased by her son-in-law John P. Saltern.

Services are private at the convenience of the family. Arrangements have been entrusted to Gaffney Parsons Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Inc., 314 S. First Street, Bangor, PA.
