Judge Hoffman was a good Judge and individual. S.Frankfurt

I appeared before Judge Hoffman early on in the early stages of young lawyer-- motions to dismiss indictment, motion to suppress evidence, other general pretrial. I will always remember the privilege of serving defendants over there in Middlesex -- well enough, I believe--- early on. S.Frankfurt

I honor Barney's humility, generosity, and kindness serving as executor of the Kushner estate to the benefit of the people of his home town, Highland Park, NJ. And again condolences to his wife and partner Diane and their family.

I only knew Barney from sitting next to him at Rutgers football games for the last 12 years. A true gentleman and I will miss him and our chats. Rest in peace.
