Not sure what to say?

Danny and Phyllis,
I was very sorry to hear about the loss of Mr.Bigbie. Although I didn't know him as well as others, I knew him well enough to know that he was a great man to be around, and was always in good spirits and very kind to me and everyone else. He will be remembered as a friend to many and highly respected by all.
With Deepest Sympathy,
Scott McCrabb and Family

Danny & Phyllis, so sorry to hear about the loss of your loved one. Ms. Phyllis you were such a pleasure to see coming into my "cleaners" in overton years ago and just wanted to let you know that we wish to express our sympathy.

God Bless!

Mr. Bigbie was a very special person to my grandmother/ mother Sylvia, and I know she considered him our family. Mr. Barney would always write me letters encouraging me to stay on the right path and finish obtaining my degree at U of H. His love and support of the Longhorns is something I know my god brother Vince Young will be happy to know. Mr. Barney could light up a room with his witty remarks and jokes. And oh how many times I would call the house in the middle of a checkers match...

Danny, what a wonderful life your Dad had and wonderful memories he left for his family. Your family will be in my thoughts and prayers.
Billie (Marsh) Buckley

You was the best Uncle any young boy could ask for. All the time the family got together and played 42 will truly be treasured. You will be missed greatly. Love ya Unc. Donald Beisch

I think of Barney often.I sold him his last truck while employed at the Chevy house in Kilgore>I found a 50 dollar bill under the seat that had been there so long it was bleached.I returned it to him and he refused too take it.It was fun too spend time with him at the kitchen table. He taught me patience

So sorry for your loss and our sympathy goes to the entire family. We were so blessed to have a parent stay with us for such a long life. God Bless

With deepest sympathy to Danny & Phyllis & Family

Mr. Bigbie has a very special place in my heart, along with his wife "Rene." Mr. Bigbie was always the kindest, funniest, most endearing man I knew while growing up with his son Danny. My most favorite memory of Mr. Bigbie is captured in a photo I took of him, standing next to Rene over a breakfast campfire at Lake Texoma. Mr. Bigbie had an unlit cigar in his mouth, a big grin on his face and an inverted aluminum bowl on his head.

It didn't get any better than that.
