I was so sad to hear about your loss.Bully was a loving and kind person. He will be missed by all who knew him.

Mr. Blackburn was a wonderful person. He always talked about how much he loved his family, those grandchildren, and the church. He had a warm smile and a kind way. He spoke highly of my father and brightened my day when he did. A great loss to Sylvania and all of us.

Dr. Jack E. Bell

It was a prividge to have known Bully through the years in the Banking Arena with Georgia Railroad Bank's Computer Divison and personally playing golf with him, there in Sylvania. I will always cherish his friendship and his love for people and know he will certainly be missed. Don Hall

Bully was a close friend. When I moved to Sylvania in 1982, he reached out to me and let me know he was glad to have me in Sylvania. I pastored Liberty Presbyterian for 15 years and never met this man on any day that he didn't make me feel welcomed. I know he will be greatly missed. TRK
