Not sure what to say?

Dear Marie and family, I just came across Barney's obituary while surfing the Internet. I remember him, of course, as "Bud" when we lived in Sussex. Barney was a special person in my life as I became the principal at Sussex Christian School with Barney as the Board President. With God's help, we accomplished a lot at that special school. Most of all, we were great friends. Then, I looked up him and you Marie where you lived in Jenison. Linda (my late wife) and I visited you a few...

Dear Marie and family: My sympathies to you at this time. It was a privilege beyond what words can express, for me to with you and Bud at the moment of his passing into glory. In the twinkling of an eye he was FULLY awake in the presence of the Lord Jesus, King of kings. I will miss having the NJ conversations with the two of you, but know that they will continue with you, Marie. God bless you richly.

Dear Marie. My sincere sympathy to you upon Bud´s passing. Ancient history will bring back memories of Prospect Park and your second floor flat on 12th Street. As a "kid" I babysat for you and Bud while you were out selling pots and pans. I remember how kind and generous you were to me. Fun memories. Blessings to you and the children one or two of whom I babysat. Sincere condolences. Marie Hoogerhyde Zuidema.

I met Barney and Marie when I began working at Waterford Place several years ago. I immediately recognized they're eastern accent as I was from New York. We quickly made a connection and discovered that my grandpa worked at Barney's dad's bakery in Paterson NJ. I enjoyed chatting with the Kamps as I delivered their clean clothes every Friday and will miss Barney's quick wit. My sincere sympathies to Marie and her family, may God comfort you as you mourn Barney's passing.
