CSM Ransberger, an outstanding leader and role model, his steadfast determination, all traits that guided many soldiers. It was an honor and privilege to know him.

I always had the utmost respect for Barney. I will miss seeing him at the Guard meetings. I'm so sorry we missed the funeral, we were in Florida last week.
I have many fond memories of the many years knowing him.
