We are truly sorry to learn of Barry's passing. I had the good fortune to know and work with Barry for nearly twenty years. He was a dedicated family man, committed to his community and truly one of the most compassionate individuals who I have had the pleasure to know. He touched so many lives across the country and his work in affordable housing made a difference to thousands of families. We will miss him. Our condolences to the Black family.

Toni and Barry, Jr.--I am so sorry to hear about Barry's passing. I worked with Barry at NHSA when I was in Oakland, CA, and also when I was relocated to the Decatur (Atlanta) office. I really enjoyed him and will miss him fondly. Please accept my condolences for you and your family. He was a good man and a good friend.
