I was sorry to learn, very late, of Barry's death. I worked with him on a project that took lessons from arms and nuclear treaties for the purpose of strengthening climate negotiations and agreements. Many of those ideas made their way into the Paris Accords. Barry and I wrote several pieces on this subject for Foreign Affairs and I think one for Issues in Science and Technology. He was lovely to work with. I offer my belated but sincere condolences.
