Mr. Barry Collins entered into rest on Wednesday, July 21, 2021. Memorial Service will be on Saturday, July 24, 2021 at 1 p.m. at Williams Funeral Home Chapel. He leaves to cherish his memory, his parents James and Geraline Collins; one sister, Sharon Collins, one brother, Marvin Collins, nephew, Lorenzo(Maranda) Thompson; three great nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and a host of friends.

Wow where do I begin ,I met Barry in the mid eighties we instantly connected, to know Barry was to love him such kind hearted and beautiful soul ,He would come to my house and we would talk for hours ,he would tell me about what he wanted to do n become after he finished at Norfolk State,I will forever love and cherish the memories, We loss a friend, a brother,a son ,whom we love dearly, but God loved him best and seen him getting weary and called him home to rest. ..Mr.& Mrs.Collins ,Marvin...

We love you and know that you are at peace now. Just want to let you know we always thought about you and I asked about you all the time. You were so easy to talk to, fun and had a sense of humor. You also read your Bible and had good advice. We will miss you always. To our family you are dear to our hearts. Love you very much. RIP.

Sincerest condolences to the Collins family in the passing of Barry. Praying for you all. He was one of the nicest people I've had the pleasure of knowing. May he rest in heavenly peace.

The eighteen year's approximately,
I've seen such a strong man of truth ,spiritually ,mentally, physically. So I started calling him Bam Bam. My heart aches for u have over seen many things and help loads of people. The almighty called you,

Barry was a very dear friend of mine.
He was loved by me and my family here in Texas. Barry was a Godly man and read his bible on a daily basis. He loved the Lord and always shared is spirituality with everyone he met.
