Not sure what to say?

I googled to see where Barry was acting. I worked with him at The Children's Foundation at Ryan house in Surry, BC. I remember when Barry traded in his car for a fancy red sports car, I remember when he bought his amazing loft/apartment in Vancouver and I saw him perform at the Granville Island Theatre. I ran the kitchen at the treatment center Barry told me my home made apple pie was out of this world and my roast beef dinner was another favorite. He bought me an amazing book for my birthday...

I am in shock to find out Barry had passed away. We did a lot of theatre together, and he was my dearest friend when I was pregnant with my daughter. Six years after I left Calgary, I moved back to Halifax. Barry came to town to film a movie, and we ran into each other on the water front. We talked as if no time had come between us. We had lunch the next day and hoped we would stay in touch. But life moves us on,. Barry was truly one of the loveliest people I ever knew. We had gone...

In loving memory of a wonderful person . For always in mine mind.

58th Birthday!

I was saddened to read today of Barry's passing. He was my next door neighbour in Yorkton when I was a boy, 2 years older than me and thus my hero. We lost contact long ago but I have fond memories of Barry and his family. My condolences to all his loved ones. He was a very, very nice person.

I had been thinking about Barry a lot lately and hadn't heard from him for quite awhile so I decided to google him and discovered this very sad news. What a dynamo he was, and so very generous - he won't be forgotten.

Your beautiful smile will always stay in my heart. Thank you Barry for being such a wonderful friend. Angles with you.

Just wanted to pass on some hugs to your family , keeping Barry in my thoughts.
