Not sure what to say?

I worked with Barry at Girard Bank in Philly back in the 1970s. He was one of the most intelligent persons I ever knew and undoubtedly the funniest person I ever personally knew. His timing was impeccable and with his brilliant mind, he could revisit situations over several months, surprising me with new humorous references to past events. We often lunched together and among his favorite foods were the hot dogs at Levis' on 6th street below Lombard, and corned beef at Baine's delicatessen....

Update on Speak Now Camp for Adolescents Who Stutter: Thanks to Barry's generosity, every child who stutters and wants to attend our camp this summer will be able to do so at no cost. Additional money is being used to provide transportation and to add more events that will support children who stutter and their...

Barry lived next door to me in San Diego while I was attending UCSD. We were a condo full of girls, all going to school and Barry was so kind to us. He was always a gentleman and encouraged me to work hard in school. He was always upbeat and smiling, and had a joke to tell every time I saw him. I lost touch with him over the years and am very sorry to hear that he passed away. Barry will always hold a special place in my heart.

My name is Kim Sabourin and I am the Director of Speak Now Camp for adolescents who stutter. I was so sad to hear of Barry's passing. I am forever grateful that he would want to support our kids. If anyone from the family would like to contact me, I can be reached at (215) 204-5212. I would love to hear from you.

I will always remember you as a mensch. A meticulous guy with a good heart.

You have our deepest sympathies. We pray in your behalf, and we offer the hope of seeing our loved ones on a Paradise earth. Psm 37:29
