For almost 50 years, our lives were intertwined. We did most everything, in all phases, together. Our sadness is unimaginable. It pales, in comparison to loss the Siegal Family feels. Barry and I met playing softball behind King Philip School in the mid to late 1950s. It was a pick-up game on Wednesday evenings and Sunday mornings. I was the youngest player until Barry joined the group (his father, Ed, also was a player). It didn´t take too long to see the raw talent Barry had at such a young age. Several years later, some members, including Barry, wanted to move on to a higher level and Conn´s Kings was formed. I stopped playing at that time, but later kept in contact,...
