Not sure what to say?

It´s been nearly a year... My home is only a block from where you are Barry. Please know I think of you every time I pass by. You aren´t really gone as long as we remember you and keep your memories and stories alive. Rest well my friend

Today I learned of the passing of a good and long time friend. Barry Sonenthal He started as my barber many many years ago and In that time he became my friend. Barry served in the US Navy. Your skill as a barber, a baker, an artist, and magician are missed. Fair winds and following seas my friend. I´ll miss you.

Sam and I are so sorry to hear the sad news about Barry. He was a very sweet person. Please know that we are thinking about you and your family, and are sending prayers of strength and healing to you.

I met Barry years ago when we were members of Sholom Singles. i remember him as a friendly outgoing man. He was well liked in our singles group. My condolences to his family and friends on his passing.

Our family offers our heartfelt condolences to the Sonenthal family. Barry was a wonderful man. He had a great sense of humor, and was engaging with everyone he met. Whenever I drove past PJ´s Trick Shop, or Sam Ash I always thought of Barry. He also came to mind whenever I heard a harmonica. He was a great barber and a family friend to me and my sons Patrick and Michael. He will be missed.

I´m sorry for your loss! My condolences to Elyise and the family. Barry was a friend of my husband for many years. He will be missed. Warm regards, Joan and Martin Bloomberg

Elyse and family, Sending you love and wishing you comfort. I wish words could ease your grief. Barry cut my hair for about 40 years, maybe even longer -- from young adulthood to old age for both of us -- and I can remember his conversation from that first cut. He was a singular personality, distinct in so many ways and devoted to whatever he touched -- barbering, baking, magic, art and of course, most of all to his family. After 40 years, I will miss the precision of his haircuts. I will...

Lloyd and Eileen, I'm sorry for your loss. I still think of you often and wish you good health and much longer lives.
