Barry Richard Tharp

Dr Tharp was such a lovely man and an incredible Neurologist and Eeg´er. He was always very professional and a great teacher to all! He was even kinder away from work ... when I would see him at the Sacramento Monarchs games he would always give me a hug! He certainly left an amazing legacy behind! A great man , the world was better with him!!

From the time Barry arrived in Auburn NY at the beginning of 4th grade in 1945, we lived one block from each other and he was my best friend. His Mom Ann was our Cub Scout Den Mother and his father Ed was our Boy Scout and Explorer Scout leader. We played football in his back yard and kick the can in front of the Mosher's house.
