Not sure what to say?

I was very sorry to recently learn of the passing of Barry Walsh. Over a number of years of having him do electrical work around the house, I came to regard him as a friend. He was always so helpful and considerate and went the extra mile. I appreciated his humour and caring attitude. My sympathies to his family. He will be greatly missed.

We just learned with deep regret of the death of our friend Barry. He shared our love of feeding birds, and was a great help in lighting both our
stores. We will miss his cheerful approach to life and work, and send
our deepest regrets and sympathy.

Barry was of such a distiction & Caliber of a Man, I had recommended him to become a Brother, in the Faternal BrotherHood of Master/Masons! Had he taken my suggestion, he would be a 32nd degree of our highest -"Order"! He was such a dynamic & scholar of a passionate-man.

We were saddened to hear of Barry's passing.
He was so much more than our electrician. As we got to know him it became clear that we were in the presence of a rare human being. We looked forward to each visit. These were occasions for good humour and wit. His optimistic outlook on life was an inspiration. We are grateful for the privilege of sharing a piece of life's path. Anyone who met him is richer for the experience.

Barry was a real gentleman and a straight shooter. An honest hard working individual. I met him when we were taking the airport to court. He was very diligent in gathering information. He was very interested in wanting a liveable community.

Met Barry when we had a fight on our hands with the airport expansion, what a passionate community based gentleman.Volunteered many hours on behalf of our community, Thankful to have met Barry, so sorry to hear about your loss.

Barry's passing is a huge loss for anyone who knew (or didn't know!) him. He was a great friend and neighbour- He would step up to help others and would go out of his way to help his community. Something he did passionately. He even would place an old, homeless dog in the home of someone who would benefit from the love and loyalty of a dog. A special man to many of us. So honoured to have known and loved him. Never forgotten.
