Not sure what to say?

I was privileged to have worked with Dr Bart Maggio´s as his Surgical resident.Dr Maggio loved to teach but in a beneficent way.He was filled with compassion and patience and even though it is over 40 years ago ,when I think of Dr Maggio it is with respect and gratitude for all that he did and showed me. Every thing that was expressed in the other condolence letters only touch the surface of this wonderful man.He even remembered the Christmas scarf I gave him when we got together with his...

This just came up in my email today January 14, 2023. The new year is just beginning and all of us reflect on the future and of course the past with those most dear to us who are no longer with us. Bart was an in law cousin. But he was much more than that. He was greater than that to all who knew him and for me he was an older brother, a doctor of trust, a confidant and the exemplification of a good man who lived life well and with true love for all. That life example is his legacy and it...

equating to a lifetime of love, lessons, live and learning steadfastly embedded in my mind and my heart. Four beautiful daughters, my mother- your one and only sister who loved you more than I can ever imagine and gram - Everything to everyone. Wisdom. Love. Humility. Tranquility. He spoke in silence. In this, I find myself searching for words. I love Dr. Bart Maggio. Thank you for being my Godfather, moms brother, my cousins father, grandfather, and the hand that guided and...

Never forget you, Bart! See you on the other side...

I WILL NEVER FORGET"BART".

I am at a loss at this time; To his Family I extend my deepest sympathy. He was first a friend, then a doctor to my family. Right from the beginning of their practice my Dad sang both Dr. Maggio and Dr. Finelli's praises. RIP Dr. Maggio

I met Bart in the spring of 2004, when Nicole invited me to join her at a family function. I remember his warmth and graciousness, as well as his easy and playful manner with his granddaughters. Please accept my condolences.

At a family gathering some time ago, cousin Bart jumped up from his chair to greet me. I thought that was so sweet and so cool.

God Bless You Cousin Bart. You lived a life to be celebrated.
When you see Edgar, give him a "Keefek" from me too!

With deepest respect and sympathy to the loved ones.

Dear Maggio Clan,
Late is better than never so I'm writing to say it's a bit darker world since Bart's candle has dimmed. But rejoice knowing that his flame burns bright in the heavens with so many of our loved ones. A man of great stature, I fondly remember the special bond he and our father, Edgar, shared. They are winking at each other again now, knowing what an amazing feat they shared raising a bevy of incredibly beautiful and compassionate daughters. Hats off to a great one......
