Not sure what to say?

I just received the news of Bart's passing. I am deeply sadened. I knew Bart through the THEP program and my dear friend Karen Davis. The world has certainly lost a dear soul. My condolences to the family.

I was stunned to learn of Bart’s passing. I recall watching him care for an injured bird in a shoe box when we were children and it came as no surprise to discover through his obituary what a generous, giving man the child I knew grew to be. Since childhood, Bart has been the epitome of a ‘lover of life’ and an example of how one should embrace life with both arms. His memory will continue to be an inspiration and reminder of what’s important in life. I am so sorry for your tremendous loss...

My thoughts and prayers go out to all of the Pearson family. Sincerely.

To the Pearson family~
I was deeply saddened at the news of Bart's passing. I still have his cell and work numbers taped to my computer monitor because he wanted me to go to work for him at THEP. I have known Bart since I was 6 years old and in the first grade. He was always a friend, a bright spot in everyone's day. I can't imagine your pain. Reading his obituary made me feel good to know you all spent as much time together as possible. Life is too short not to tell everybody in our lives...

My sincere condolences to Bart's family and many friends. I went to Lincoln and Coronado with him also and saw in infrequently through the 1990's. I remember his sense of humor and good nature. I think the world is a little less without him here. He always had a smile for me.

Tony and Ann-
As well as I can remember the last time I saw you was shortly after Bart's birth. And now to make contact 37 years later on such an unfortunate circumstance seems surreal, if not way overdue. My thoughts are with you in this unthinkable time in your lives.

It is both a sad and a happy time as an old friend has passed from this mortal world to a much better place where there is no pain or suffering. I have many fond memories of Bart and hope that his family knows how much of a man he was and had become. My deepest sympathies to his wife and family.

Such wonderful soccer memories of Bart,Eric and Duke. Your family is in our prayers for healing, comfort and peace in the days and months ahead.
God's blessings to you.

I am very sad to hear about Bart's passing. Though we have lost touch over the years, I have many fond memories of the 'gang' in High School. My thoughts and prayers are with Bart's family today and always.
