Not sure what to say?

Your life and spunky spirit was definitely a special one to be celebrated. I still can't believe you're not with us anymore, but please know the echoes of your wonderful laugh and memories of your amazing grin will live on in the hearts of everyone you touched with your kind and gentle spirit. We couldn't get thru a single proceedure without jokes and cracking up being silly! I, and so many others, will surely miss that. May you fly free now and may your family and friends find comfort and...

Dr spencer was my ob gyn for a year he was a great doctor

BART it is so sad to say goodbye to such a classy and hard working man. Thank you for coming and playing at SWT. A great competitor, and loved teammate. A complete student/athlete in every sense. Coaching you was an honor. God bless your beautiful family.

I can't believe you're really gone. Since 2011 when my oldest was born until November of 2018 when my youngest came into this world, you have made such an impact on my family in ways I can't even begin to out into words. I'm so proud to say that you were our doctor. I'm so lucky.

To his family, I am sincerely sorry. He talked about his wife and girls at our appointments like you were the loves of his life, no doubt the truth.

To his friends, co workers, and other...

Sympathy Floor Basket - Blue & White

So sorry to hear about Bart's passing. He was a wonderful young man. My son, Bryan, played against and with him on many baseball teams and the two of them played together on Cherry Creek's State Championship team in 1992. I threw many pitches to those two over the years.

Our prayers are with him and his family - God bless you all.

May God bless you and your family in this time of sorrow.

I remember arriving in Wichita Falls as a single woman to join Bart at URPG's OBGYN practice. Many people didn't think I would stay long, after all, I had no connections, no family and no reason to remain. But Bart and Lori gave me a family here. He was so kind, so considerate, and a very skilled physician. I could not have asked for a better partner coming out of Residency. 6 years later, I am still at my same job after Residency, and that's because of the kind of man he was. They watched...

You were amazing on earth.. as you will be in heaven. You will be truly missed. Praying for you and your family.
