Bart ... A friend and colleague for many years. Although his office design at 49 Lake Ave has changed thru the years .. I still remember the interesting conversations we had" between the acts" - Always missed-

I am so sorry to hear of Dr. Crisafi’s passing. I had worked as a receptionist for a few years at his Lake Ave practice while in high school, around 2004.

His kind, patient and generous spirit is truly unforgettable. His beautiful wife Daisy shared that same spirit.

God Bless the Crisafi family.
