Bartlett Chesterfield "Bart" Durham

To Blair and Family: l sure miss Mr. Bart Durham. He was 'So Nice' helping me and family members, always sending birthday, holiday, and Christmas cards throughout many years. Sadly, I missed his funeral. I don't have a car anymore..... just not long ago, my 'Pops passed away, which is a process for me, that I don't know about. Yet, I'm getting through it, within 'Time....But anyways, I love the commercials of Mr. Bart D., just helping so many 'People 'Everyday'! He's a legend...

Sorry to hear of the Passing of aGreat Man & Great Attorney! We met him Several years ago when we come to him & his Son Blair on a Legal matter of ours! We were very pleased with our outcome of their help! Our Condolences go out to Blair & Cindy & Family! He will be missed my many ! .

Mr. Durham was one of my early mentors. I met him while working for Lester, Nolan, Hildebrand and Assoc. as a Law Clerk (runner) . Started my practice in 79 and would not hesitate to inquire of him about a legal matter. He hosted the best Law Office Christmas parties to show the Court House Clerks , Judges and Attorneys. He was a Christopher Columbus in the Legal Advertising World . RIP Bart it was indeed my pleasure to have known you.

Bart was a Navajo and I was a Comanche at Hy-Lake Camp in Quebeck, TN in !948. I took the picture of our group to his office in Nashville but did not see him. I did run into Bart and Cindy at Brick Tops at lunch and we visited a few minuets. Condolences to his family. Bobby Reeves
