BASIL ALBERT BASS

I have the best memory ever of Basil. I can hear him singing this song that Bishop Steve Gulley taught us. It was a song called "Just When I Need Him Most" He lit the church on fire!

Still missing my friend Basil each Sunday, I look across the street from the church thinking wow he be walking across the parking lot ready to come and sing God praises. Still keeping your family in my thoughts and prayers.

Basil, Basil, Basil, I'm so gratful that God blessed my life with his very presence and I'm sure that the rest of my family feels the same. He had one of the gentlest spirits. I would see him at every church everywhere, at the bus stop, walking, Basil got around more than I did and I was driving. I'm truly going to miss picking him up everywhere and dropping him of all over town and I know that there are a lot of others that feel the same. It was a blessing to be part of his personal...

May God comfort and give peace to the Bass family. Basil was good-natured, caring, and loved the Lord. He will be deeply missed.
