Not sure what to say?

The wisdom of life, and cheerfulness of Basil--which is like that of a saint--will continue to inspire and remind me to be stronger, wiser, and to live more fully.

I miss Basil often. He was one of the kindest men I've ever met. He was also a talented chef, had a philosophical frame of mind, possessed a dry sense of humor, and he was a generous person.

Deepest condolences to Basil's family and other friends. I was a fellow employee at FMC and knew him only briefly and not as well as I would have liked; he struck me as a person of true quality.

I came to FMC´S R&D Princeton Center on July 1993 for a one month formation staying. It was then when I met Basil. My memory of him can be summerized in one word: smile. He was a smiling person who made others smile. It is very sad to learn about the passing of such fine man.

Love to his family and friends.

Manolo

I had the fortune to meet Basil and have counted him a personal friend. I learn a lot of things from him and enjoy a lot his optimism, generosity, sense of humour and delightful time expense together during my stay in the USA. He was like an older brother helping a younger one to me. I feel really sad to ear about Basil’s illness and passing away. I hope his family and friends can affront Basil’s loss thinking that he is in a better place now.

Basil was a coworker at FMC and a good friend for many years. It was was very sad to learn of his illness and passing. I am sure he will be missed by all who knew him.

Basil was a kind person who always liked to laugh. i enjoyed seeing him at work because he was so positive and smiling, cheerful and enjoyed life. I have been blessed and enriched y his life and we can all learn from his example.

Basil was a wonderful friend and person. He was kind, generous, humorous, too young to leave us, but I hope he's in a happy place.
We'll miss him. I'm glad I was part of the service for him.
Joan Goodman (Lawrenceville, N.J.)

Condolence to Basil's family on his passing away. He will be in our prayers.
