MEMPHIS, Mo. -- Basil C. Humphrey, 83, of Memphis, died March 25, 2010, in the home of his son in rural Scotland County. Services will be at 2 p.m. Sunday in the Memphis Funeral Home. Burial will be in Brock Cemetery. Visitation will be noon-2 p.m. Sunday in the funeral home.
