Not sure what to say?

On the way home from the funeral visitation, my dad said to me, “I know that family had a big impact on your life.” He used to tell me that he was glad to see me spend time there, but he never said that before. It was a happy home. I went there after school, and they took me on their vacations in the summer. There was always a baby on the way and a couple in diapers. I can still see Mr. Evans rocking two and talking to others playing on the floor in the living room while Bea was making...

Dear Evans Family, I want to express how much the service meant to me, especially since I have to wait a while to do something for my mother. These times serve to remind us that our loved ones are actually not in our past any more but in our future, changing our mourning into morning. John DeYoung

Tom, I was so sorry to hear about your mom. She sounds like a wonderful woman that I would have liked. And she is with her Lord - if only those who love her could feel the same joy that she must feel now. My prayers for peace and grace are with you and your family.

We so enjoyed seeing her the last few years during her visits to FL with Beth. We just had a very pleasant visit this year. We wish we could be there to honor your mother's memory. Our prayers...

Our thoughts and prayers are with you Tom. Hold tight to all the good memories and smile.

Dear Evans Family, I was surprised and sorry to hear about your Mom. She seemed to be doing well when we saw her at our Mom's service in February. Our mothers knew each other for many, many years...as far back as elementary school, throughout their adult life and through many years of square dancing. My Mom told me once (during the time they were going to the square dances together) she had a deal with your mother that they never reveal their age and they never tell how many years they...
