Bee and Bill were in the Penn Street neighborhood from the time we 1st rented just around the corner @ 1631 2nd street. We would see Bee walking her dogs and she was always friendly and always spoke to us and to our dog. Later when we moved to 1621 Penn Street, we got to know Bee and Bill and felt safer because they kept a close eye on the street and looked out for our children whenever they were out playing. It will be hard for me to think of Penn Street without her sweet presence and...

I remember while growing up on Penn Street that Bee was always willing to talk to me, share her dog Scotty, show up when I was in danger, and generally look out for me. It is hard to believe that she will not always be there, because she always was. She and Bill were wonderful anchors in the neighborhood....making sure things were safe.
