Beatrice K. Hammond entered into eternal rest on Monday, November 21, 2016. She is survived by her husband, Charles W. Hammond; two sons, Robert Lee Hammond and Edward Hammond; three daughters, Patricia Weaver (Tyrone), Lorraine Carter and Cheryl Hammond; sister, Nancy Stephens, grand and great-grandchildren; niece, nephews, and a host of other relatives and friends. Dear family, we have lost a beautiful friend. Bee was a lovable and kind person. she was a Christian who loved people and she was a caring person. She gave me my first job. In the fifties jobs were hard to find for young black women I was 17 years old. To help me out she let me babysit her first two daughters. Dear cousins, and other family members. KEEP LOOKING UP.
