As time passes, there are so many things that still remind me of Sam. His smile, his lust for live, his creative spirit and deep caring for others. Not a Sunday, or a Christmas Eve goes by without him bringing a smile to my face as I remember his antics in Religious Education, his roles in our Sunday intergenerational services, his honesty, and lighting our candelabras on Christmas Eve. Forever young. We miss you dear Sam and know you are always with us. To Sam's family - for all you...

Dear Montgomery family,
I am so upset to hear about Sam's untimely passing. I was so shocked and saddened by the news - I remember meeting him and being so impressed with his wonderful personality - even at his young age. Please know that my deepest sympathies are with you and your family.

Dear Diane and Claude,
I just read about Sam, there are no words to express my pain and sadness. I met Sam, a few years ago, he used to wait for you Diane, to go home after class... He was a beautiful kid, always smiling and extremely smart. My condonlences to you and your family, you always in my heart.

Dear Diane, Claude, and Nick,
I am so very sad to learn about Sam. I really enjoyed having him in my ninth grade English class and remember his wonderful smile and excitement about cooking. I am glad to learn that he went on to the Culinary Institute and could follow his passion.
I was away in September so did not learn of your loss until now.
My love and sympathy to you all,
Eleanor Christensen

Death is nothing at all.
I have only slipped away into the next room.
I am I, and you are you.
Whatever we were to each other, that we still are.
Call me by my old familiar name, speak to me in the easy way you always used to.
Put no difference into your tone, wear no forced air of...
