Bea has been a dear friend to my mother in Florida, and I always looked forward to seeing her there when I visited. She and Leo were also lifelong friends to my parents on Staten Island and I remember sleeping at their home as a little girl. I am so sad to hear of her sudden passing. My mom has lost a friend she has had for almost 70 years, a bridge partner, and recently, a neighbor. Bea cherished her family, and always showed pictures and spoke so happily of the grandchildren...
