Wow, the end of an Era... Aunt Bea, the kindest most giving person there was...I also remember the holidays past with all the piano playing and repetitious Nola and Maple Leaf Rag...Aunt Bea always was there for you...especially if you were hungry...on a few occasions, I played basketball with Alan and had a "luncheon" of sorts at Aunt Bea's...great times...and "It was so nice to know you Aunt Bea" We are here for you Alan...You are the best...Lyn

I can hear the piano playing just thinking about all the Holidays of years gone by. The songs "Nola" & "Maple Leaf Rag" were the songs that Aunt Bea played so well. When it was my Memere's turn to play (Estelle Cormier), Aunt Bea would always whistle along or dance around so happily. I am Eunice's third daughter and Aunt Bea & Uncle Pete are my godparents. I can remember clearly the late 1940 & 1950's wonderful Sunday visits with the relatives on the hill. Arriving with my Grandmother, Anna Gendron, my mom, "Tootsie" and dad, Bert, The piano would soon be the centerpiece as stories of day's gone by were reminisced by one and all.
