Bea was a regular at Dort's Beauty Salon in Altoona and remember her humor, kindness, down to "earthieness". Will never forget when she helped a coworker in a very difficult time of need and made things happen so her and her family's life was a little easier. She was a kind and generous soul.

I remember one Christmas Eve at McCrea's shortly after my own grandmother passed away. Mrs. Smith was so kind and she picked me up and put me on her lap and I remember thinking how good it felt to have a grandma hold me again. She was plump and cozy and had such a warm heart. My condolences to Mr. Smith, Sharon and the whole Smith family.
