Beau Denham Obituary

DENHAM, Beau Gentry (Age 48) Beloved husband, father, grandfather, son, brother, uncle and cousin Beau Gentry Denham, entered into rest Saturday morning, October 17, 2009 at the age of 48 years young at his and Ilona's home, Spokane Valley surrounded by family and friends following a ten month courageous battle with Stage IV lung cancer which had become metastasized. Early on Beau lost the use of one vocal cord causing him to speak in a whisper, earning him the nickname of "Godfather" by his family and friends in the online game Mafia Wars. Beau was born, June 19, 1961 at Deaconess Hospital, Spokane. He was the second child of Floyd and Esther Denham. Beau married Judy Farias in April of 1982 in Roskilde, Denmark. He was employed at Staples in the Valley for a while after retiring. Beau was working for the USPS in Veradale, WA at the time he was diagnosed with cancer. Beau was a notorious organizer and took a lot of ribbing from those who knew and loved him. He was a dedicated family man and preferred spending his free time with family and friends, and playing practical jokes. Beau & Ilona were passionate Pittsburgh Steeler Fans which caused a great deal of banter between him and his brothers. He enjoyed competing in the online game Runescape and recently added the Mafia Wars game to his genre of games to pass the time with family & friends. Daddy, I love you and I always will. You have made me who i am today. You will always be my daddy and I will always be your princess. There are no amount of words I could say or type or think to express how much I love and miss you. You are my hero and I promise I will make you proud. I started wearin your cologne it makes me feel like you are next to me. I just wish we could have caught it on early so you could still be here my father desert at school i am still goin to go and put a picture of me and you up there. I still remember a year ago you pinned me to the ground and tried to hauck a lugie in my face or tell me to move around all the stuff on the shelves when we were in the store. I think I made Tammy happy I gave her your retirment flag cuz she don't really have anything of you and your dog tags. I been pickin on aunt Patty for you. Also just those little things you did that made you you and they kinda' put a smle on my face. I am still workin on the spit bubbles hehe. I lov eyou daddy and always will. Your baby girl, Desiree Rincon-Denham

Beau, I know you are already in heaven, when you get a chance could you ask God what really happened with that imaculate reception ? And let me know. I am glad I got to meet you even if it was for a very short time. May your family find peace and strength in your passing.
