But we find some comfort in knowing that during the last few months, we were beside you and enjoyed hearing your sweet and cherished memories of your amazing life. Words can’t even describe how much I’m going to miss you. I’m going to miss all your amazing stories, your beautiful smile and your huge hugs and kisses, but I find comfort in knowing that you are in a happy place reunited with family and loved ones. Thank you, Maman Behdjat, for all the laughs and wonderful memories. I will carry them with me always..

We had the honor and the pleasure of knowing Behdjat Khanoom for years. She was most gracious and kind and always received us with open arms and a warm smile. We always enjoyed her company and her captivating character. She brought so much joy and love to our lives. May we be wise enough to follow her foot steps and her way of life.
