Not sure what to say?

I met O Neal at a Chevron Gas Station in Delano California in 1996 while riding my Harley. We chatted for a few minutes and within minutes we were headed to my friends house for a home cooked meal. He shared his stories of Hollywood and I was honored to have met such a nice man. It was such a shock to learn of his passing. Thank you for your military service Mr. Compton, fair winds and following seas!

I am so sorry for the loss of O'Neal. He was always very pleasant, and funny. He loved to talk and tell me about his movies. I will truly miss you O'Neal.

I am so sorry for the loss of Neal. He was a longtime friend. We graduated from TSA in the class of 68. It was good to see him at our reunion. I will miss you my friend.....

I'm sorry for your loss. I didn't know Mr. Compton but it sounds like he lived his life to the fullest. Blessing to the Compton family.

So sorry to hear this. Neal was a great man and it was a privilege to call him a friend. He was very special to me in that he was the one who led me to Christ. I know that he is with Him now. Neal, I will see you again!

To my wonderful friend, O'neal (the Bear), rest in peace. There will always be a special place in my heart for such a kind, thoughtful man.

"Eternal rest grant unto him, O Lord, and may perpetual light shine upon him."
