Autumn of 2004, a very happy day in the North Georgia Mountains

One of the happiest days we can remember, when Belton decided to make the North Georgia Mountains a permanent vacation home for him, his wife, and his family. The North Georgia Mountains miss him.

My sincere condolences to Belton's family. He was a valued member of our Russell High School Class of 1958 and will be sorely missed.

Belton was my friend and landlord for over 20 years. My partner, Dr. Eberbaugh, and I opened our first dental practice at the corner of wesley Chapel/Flat Shoals Road. We had a two page lease from Belton. We still marvel how when dealing with the Hollums, a mans word is good and you can take it to the bank.
