I enjoyed the company of Bennie while in Boy Scouts. Went to National Jamboree at Valley Forge in 1957with him. I was in Troop 135 in Lake Wales; also camped on his dads ranch. Great memories! Sorry to hear everyone's loss. God Bless!

I am very sorry to hear about Ben Hill's passing. I spoke with pride about him to my coworkers when I lived in Naples, FL. Many did not know that Ben Hill Griffin Parkway was just not a road! I set them straight. I had the honor of meeting Ben Hill, Jr. and what a wonderful man he was, My Daddy graduated with Ben Hill III and Dorothy Lou and before his passing told me MANY great stories about the times they had here in Frostproof. I hope for comfort to his wonderful family and continued...

Ben Hill was a very fun-loving, sweet soul as a teenager. Unfortunately it has been many a year since I last saw him. I am sure he did not change. It is very heartbreaking for old friends to pass. My prayers and thoughts are with his children and their families. May God bless you and hold you in his loving arms as you go through these heart-wrenching times. May he rest in peace as he so deserves.

To the Griffin family, Hill, Kitty and Candy, Dorothy Lou, Lucy Anne, Sarah Jane, Nancy, Cynthia, I am profoundly sorry for your loss and wish you comfort in your fond memories of Ben Hill. Your family and Ben Hill were important to my formative years and the impact was incredibly positive. Comfort, peace and love to each of you! And a big hug.
