Not sure what to say?

For some reason I recently Googled Ben's name and was very saddened to read of his passing last year. We were roommates in college during the first three years, and I have many fond memories, including the two trips during semester breaks in 1960 and 1961, when his parents flew us back to Illinois. We drove his car back on historic Route 66 at the end of the first visit, followed by driving his grandfather's car back to Las Vegas in 1961. I still remember the welcome and the generosity of...

A family is measured by how much they love their surroundings and the people that surround them. Ben emulated a person that took pleasure in the simple things in life. I know the last time we talked, he marveled at how beautiful the view outside his Colorado home was and how he loved to watch elk and nature passing by. So sorry to learn of Ben's passing. He will always be remembered for his love of life. Fishing, hunting, geology, business. What a fantastic life he shared with many friends. Hope to share more memories at the Property next week. All our love to his family and loved ones.
