Not sure what to say?

I remember Ben like it was yesterday. I was 27 at 1616 West Loop South where Mastro´s steakhouse is today. I started my State Farm Agency in 1987. I am 66 and retired now as my son Kyle took over part of my agency in 2024 in Cypress, Texas. He asked if I was making any money in the business and I said "not yet." He said do you have some cards. Thinking of you guys today. Love to all of you Kip

May his spirit help the Astros in their 24 run. May his Memory be Eternal

I had the privilege of working with Ben on a transaction over the course of a few months in the summer/fall of 2008. The warmth and sincerity of his personality, and how he brought that into business relationships, struck me immediately and has stayed with me for 15 years. My deepest heartfelt condolences to all his family and friends.

Love you Bigdad

Great guy!!! Bill mildren

Margaret,Steven,Sharla & Lindsay: I am so sorry for your loss. May the vivid memories of love, laughter and fun times soon outweigh the pain of loss you are experiencing now for your relived husband and father. My family for one will always remember "Ducky School Carpool" and the fun times at Harbortown at Lake Conroe. God Bless you all.

Doyle, made a mistake as usual...one of my grandsons pointed out...phone # is 832 483 1717.
