I had the privilege of working with Ben on a transaction over the course of a few months in the summer/fall of 2008. The warmth and sincerity of his personality, and how he brought that into business relationships, struck me immediately and has stayed with me for 15 years. My deepest heartfelt condolences to all his family and friends.
