Not sure what to say?

I'm so sorry for the loss of this marvelous man. He gave me my life back. I'm still going strong at 42 years. I wish I'd known earlier. Sincerely,

Dr. Van der Werf was a wonderful surgeon who helped so many kidney patients in AZ. It was a pleasure working with him over the years. My sympathy to your family and you will remain in my prayers.

May God comfort your hearts at this time of such a great loss. Dr. Van der werf was always so pleasent and easy to work for. I'll always remember when he took the nurses on the 9th floor on his boat. May God bless you all.

Dr. Van der Werf was a great patriarch for an outstanding family. As a neighboorhood child, I fondly recall eating salty Dutch licorice and thumbing through comic books while I listened to the Dr. and Mieke tell stories from their childhoods. I am grateful for the opportunity to have known such a dedicated and compassionate man.

May God's peace be with all of you. Ben was an incredible gift to our world. I remember him fondly with lots of smiles. My thoughts and prayers are with you all. Love, Mary and family

Willem and family,

I'm so sorry for your loss. Though I only met your father briefly, I was very impressed by him. He was gracious and kind. Our thoughts and prayers are with you.
