Man Ben, it's most certainly been a while. Last I saw you, we were in sixth grade. I only got to know you for a short while before I transferred, but from what I got to know of you, you were an amazing person. You always had a smile on your face, and boy it was the most beautiful pure smile. Omg I still can't believe that he's gone. Ben was a very talented home cook perseving his dream in becoming a Masterchef Jr, but God gained a beautiful angel to be by his side. Prayers for all his family and friends and may God give each family member the resignation and strength during this time of sorrow may you rest in peace #BenWatkins #MasterchefJrSeason6

Soo sad and sorry to see such a wonderful young man with so much potential leave us too soon. God must have needed another special Angel around him. My God bless you and shine his face upon you and give you peace knowing your child is with him.

His life may have been short, but only God knows why. I’ve never met Ben, but his story has touched the depths of my heart. He is a true hero who has shown us that despite what life throws at us, you will endure, and that’s exactly what he did. May the family find comfort knowing that Ben is at peace now, and in the arms of our divine creator.

My condolences to the family cancer sucks my wife died of glioblastoma April 2016 never seen Ben on the show but seen it on YouTube extraordinary young man.
