Ben Wohlberg

My mother in law commissioned Ben to do a painting of her and her 5 grandchildren. Three of which were my children. I am an artist myself. So the project of the commission became a project to me also. Two of the kids were in Philly and my three in Southwest , Va. He came to our home and photographed MIL and my 3 ids. I´m so sad that he is gone , I haven´t met him in person but when I saw his Video talking about his art and life it touched me that I cried. He´s an inspiration to me . My condolences to his family and friends.

Many fond memories of Ben and Catherine on Block Island. What a life he had! Lived across the street from them on Payne Rd for many years. Extreme condolences. Still have an abstract of his on my wall

Just found a short documentary on Ben yesterday.. I´m an artist in Florida and I cannot express enough how touched i was by his life and words and art! I watched it several times.. just looked him up today and discovered he had passed in January .. His life is still encouraging others .. God bless you all his family..
