A great friend from the class of '63 in Guymon, I always enjoyed being around Bennie. There was something different and unique about him that I never quite understood at the time and later realized that it was probably the fact that he was much, much smarter than anybody I'd ever known. I never had the honor of meeting his family but I want them to know that Bennie was a good, honest, loyal, funny guy that made a lasting impression on me. To the family, I'm so sorry for your loss. How sad for the world to see Benny go to his heavenly reward. We'll miss his smile and jokes until we meet again one day down the road. My love and prayers to his wife and family as the navigate this grief journey.

Prayers to his family, I remember him in grade school when we would play marbles, I still have the special marble I won from him.

I will always remember Ben´s boisterous laugh and his sense of humor. Also it was just known amongst family that Bennie (as I remember calling him when I was much younger) was the smartest person in the family! That he was greatly loved. I thank my God for knowing one day because of Jesus Christ our Lord we all will be together again.
