Not sure what to say?

To Dorothy Tillman, Aubrey Evins, Audrey Evins friends and family

My name is Ella Jordan. I am one of Audrey best friends. We met in Chicago at Naval Stations Great Lakes and became unseperatable. I never had the opportunity to meet Benita in person but we became sisters over the phone. When I first heard what happened it felt like a part of my world came apart with Audreys. We spent the day listening to Benitas favorite song and laughing at how she was going to name...

First I would like to say to the family of Benita, that God knows all, and though sometimes we can't understand why he does the things he does, it is our duty as his followers to trust in him and what ever decision he makes and to know that it is what's best. One of the first people I met upon entering CHS was Benita she was a very beautiful person and I will miss her, and I am glad that in our final hours together we talked and laughted. I will continue to pray for her family.

Dorothy and Aubrey,
I can't know what it is like to loose a child--but I can imagine it has to be the most devastating thing. We were your neighbors on Ingleside, those many years ago. My Stephanie who is now 28 baby sat for Audrey and Benita. They were both the sweetest children. This we read about today, June 20th. We were deeply saddened and at a lose for words. Had we known, we would have gotten there for the services. Please let us know if we can support you in anyway. Of course,...

Hi my name is LaToya,
First I would like to say Benita was a gift to all of us.
Being one of the Freshman at Chs and Gospel Choir Member is not always that easy your Freshman year..She made it her own will to introduce her self to me and others.I cant express how much I thank her,But sorry I could not say this to her face to face.I know she hears me and all the others who have also thanked her for handing out her smile and her love.
She will be missed by many..God bless...
