Not sure what to say?

My condolences to the Ben's family. I knew Ben as a customer for packaging supplies. Ben was the best salesman I knew. His knowledge and honesty and friendship made working with him a joy. When I saw this obit I went awe...the world has lost a wonderful man. My prayers and thoughts are with the family.

Ben and Cleo have made a huge impact on my wife, Cathy, and myself. Ben played a major role in Cathy coming to know The Lord. I thank The Lord for how Ben took care of me and family while I spent many years working at Mall City Containers. One of my fondest memories was when my wife, Cathy, and myself brought our newborn daughter, Lydia(who is now 18), into work and Ben came right over and took Lydia in his arms and walked all around the office with her! Cleo, we are praying for comfort...

Dear Cleo From Australia my condolences with the death of Ben. I have many precious memories of him and you from our time at Alger serving on the missions committee. Ben radiated Christ in who he was and what he did. I am doing well. Last Christmas it was three years ago that Gail died. I lost a lot but for 47 years God also gave me a lot through her. May God' s comfort surround you in the days to come.

I had the pleasure of serving the MERF USA Council with Ben for several years. I appreciated his wise and calm insights on whatever issue was at hand. I also knew him as a vendor for several years at Request Foods, Inc. Once again always a great example of what a Christian Businessman should be. My sympathies to the entire Boersma family.

A kind, humble and gracious man that made a positive impact in my life...God Bless the family and the Mall City family...peace be with you.

I was deeply saddened to hear of your recent loss. Ben set a great example with words, leadership and personal integrity.
