Benjamin passed away in March 2018. Benjamin was a resident of Southgate, Kentucky at the time of passing. Ben was a 2013 graduate of Villa Madonna Academy and attended Northern Kentucky University. He was a veteran of the U.S. Air Force. A memorial mass will be celebrated at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, March 20, at St. Joseph Catholic Church, 4011 Alexandria Pike, Cold Spring. Burial will be private. In lieu of flowers, contributions in Ben's memory may be made to the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) of Northern Kentucky, 303 Court St, Suite 707, Covington KY 41011.

I remember Ben as a polite and quiet, young man and a wonderful student in my art class. One of his artworks was a beautiful vase that he patiently carved and smoothed for days and days. Even though the vase was not fired yet and in its most fragile state, Ben manged to continue to perfect it day after day without it breaking. I'll never forget that. I am so sorry for your loss. He will be missed.
