We were totally caught off guard with this news. Your dad was like family to us. We lived on Marjorie Dr.in Matthews and your Mom and Dad would always speak with our children on their walks. After your Mom passed away we would visit him and our children just loved him. Our daughter Lisa and your Dad worked many hours in his shop doing design projects for school. He came to their graduations, Lisa's wedding, and we would take him to dinner on occasion to catch up. We spoke...

Ben was a dear friend to both my husband and me. We enjoyed working with him and I enjoyed traveling with him to various Picture Framing Association functions. He always had a smile and made us laugh. He will be missed.
