Benjamin Frank Callaway Jr.

Mr. Callaway was both my teacher and co-worker at Central High. He was one of a few teachers who could capture the attention of a young teenage boy searching for his place in the world. May he rest in peace.

Dear Family, Ben was a dear friend at Community College, and now and then we maintained contact, especially when he lost family members and once when he visited St. Jean Baptiste Church in Muskegon. We were both converts to Catholicism. Such a capable and caring person, I am truly saddened and also share in celebrating his new life. You and he are in my prayers. I lost my husband five years ago to pancreatic cancer. Ben was a wonderful role model to me. Peace and God bless all of you.
