I'm not sure of the year - probably 1976 or 77. Jimmy drove us up to Columbia (my first visit) to be in the audience of a church program organized by Russ. It was a variety show, maybe patterned after the old Ed Sullivan TV Show, with singing, comedy and short skits. Russ was the MC as well as main singer, lead guitar player and stage hand.
