I am so sad to see this. Ben has been a client at our barbershop here in NYC for decades, knowing both my father and my grandfather. The whole shop would greet him as he walked in with his hiking stick for his regular appointment. Ben was an amazing and kind human being and a wonderful storyteller. Always telling us a great travel story, and boasting about his children and grandchildren. We are all deeply saddened by the loss of him. Our deepest condolences to his family.

I want to express my deepest condolences to the family of Benjamin Frankel. I was Mr. Frankel's dentist for 32 years and he was a patient in my office for 54 years. Mr. Frankel was one of the most fascinating men you will ever meet, a man of keen insight and deep intellect.
