Hate to see such a fine young man pass away. I remember Ben from his playing days at UH. Big, Strong and long hair! He was on the first UH team to win the Conference USA Championship. It is great to see he had such sucess after football. What a blessed young man! He will be missed.

To all the Fricke family. You have been in our daily prayers and thoughts. We have many happy memories of Ben growing into an wonderful adult. Pam, Karen, and Carolyn- our hearts go out to you

My thoughts and prayers go out to the Fricke family. A great guy has left us but the memories of Anderson school times will last forever.

I pray that God gives strength to help the family thru this. We met in 1998 as we prepared for the nfl. We signed with the same agent. He always had a smile every morning we began workouts in scottsdale.

My thoughts and prayers go out to the Fricke family. Ben was a great guy and a great friend. I knew him since elementary school.

Ben was a true soldier for Christ. We as his fellow players looked up to him on and off the field. He will be truly missed. God Bless his family. Our prayers are with you. A teammate from the 1997 UH football team.

Ben was a great guy i went to Anderson High School with him. What a truly good person he was my sympathy and prayers go out to his family may GOD be with you during this difficult time. No more pain and suffering rest in peace my friend.

One of the best Cougar Football players of all-time, but most importantly a follower of Jesus Christ. Praise God.
