GOLDENBERG, Benjamin of North Andover, formerly of Swampscott & Winthrop, Entered Into Rest on October 26, 2008, at the age of 89 years. Loving husband of Eileen (Demb) Goldenberg; Devoted father of Mark Goldenberg and Donna Rosenthal & her husband Charles. Dear brother of Irving Goldenberg & his wife Ruth, the late Jack Goldenberg, Lee Glazer, William Goldenberg, Esther Bloch & Dora Tofsky and loving grandfather of Eric Rosenthal. Private Graveside Services were held on Tuesday. Eileen,
Both Lee & I were sorry to hear of the passing of your husband, Ben. I don't know if you know who I am My name is Milton Dendy and I lived in Lowell before moving to Florida. I remeber Ben as a warm hearted person and visited him several times at his place of business in Charlestown. I also remember your father and mother as they attended my high school graduation. We also visited you when you lived in Everett and made a visit to you in Winthrop. Our sincere wishes go out to you in this time of mourning. Lee & Milton Dendy

My sister Sheila told me of Mr. Goldenberg's death. You will be in my prayers. I think of you all often and especially when I visit my sister, since your old house is visible from her house . I also always remember your husband, father for giving me a real job when I needed one. May God be with you consoling you with his hope.
